Founded by a local entrepreneur, Alex Ghaouti, Winter Footwear Retailer is a small business based in Montreal that specializes in selling winter boots, shoes and other accessories for the cold weather. Despite the harsh winter conditions in Montreal, the business has been struggling to keep up with the competition from larger, more established retailers. Alex’s passion for providing high-quality, durable and stylish footwear for the winter season has driven him to keep the business going, despite the challenges. He has been diversifying the products offered in the store, such as hand-made scarves, gloves and hats, and exploring new ways of marketing the business such as utilizing social media platforms and collaborating with other local businesses to promote the store and attract new customers.
